PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat a large amount of organic materials without increasing the apparatus cost. SOLUTION: A treating system 10 of organic materials comprises a storage part 11 in which an organic material T and an anaerobic gas G generated from the organic material T and a combustion deodorization apparatus 12 for deodorize the anaerobic gas G from the storage part 11 by combustion thereof, wherein there is provided a concentration machine 14 in which, before the anaerobic gas G is introduced into the combustion deodorization apparatus 12, the anaerobic gas G is preliminarily concentrated to be a concentrated anaerobic gas G1.
