<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a noise caused by a disturbance acting on a system for optical measurement, and superimposed on an optical measurement result. <P>SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave T is allowed to enter a sample 1 to acquire an optical response signal, and the intensity of the optical response signal is detected at a prescribed detection timing by a detection element 13. Optical measurement for detecting the intensity of the optical response signal by the detection element is repeated in a plurality of times, to thereby acquire a plurality of measured values relative to the intensity of the optical response signal. Generation of at least one kind of disturbance acting on the system for optical measurement is detected, and a trigger signal rising after a fixed time from the detection is generated, and the plurality of times of optical measurement is operated synchronously with the trigger signal respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
