<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological component concentration measuring apparatus capable of sufficiently measuring emitted light from an ear drum and improving the measurement accuracy of biological component concentrations. <P>SOLUTION: The biological component concentration measuring apparatus comprises: an insertion probe with a bend part to be inserted into an earhole; a reflection mirror provided inside the insertion probe for reflecting infrared light emitted from the ear drum present inside the earhole and made incident inside the insertion probe; a spectroscopic element for dividing the infrared light reflected on the reflection mirror and made to pass inside the insertion probe; an infrared ray detector for detecting the infrared light divided by the spectroscopic element; and a biological component concentration computing part for converting the output of the infrared ray detector to the concentration of biological components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
