<p>It is intended to provide a luminescence enhancer by which a luminescence such as chemiluminescence can be enhanced at an elevated sensitivity and the luminescence can be continued over a prolonged period of time. Namely, a luminescence enhancer characterized by containing a heteropolymer as the active ingredient; a method of measuring a luminescence characterized by comprising using a luminescent substrate and the luminescence enhancer as described above; and a method of analyzing a target substance to be measured in a specimen characterized by comprising reacting the specimen with an antigen and/or an antibody to the target substance to be measured, a substance labeled with an activator for the antigen and/or antibody and the luminescent substrate in the presence of the luminescence enhancer as described above and measuring the luminescence.</p> |
