A mobile environmentally-friendly food preparation and storage center comprising: a device to capture environmentally generated energy, a device to convert said energy into electrical energy and at least one appliance for the preparation of foodstuff using the electrical energy. According to a preferred embodiment, the center further comprises a device to store the captured renewable energy.
