<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit only authorized persons to browse data to be output. <P>SOLUTION: When instructed to output a document to an information display device 2, an information processor 1 generates document image data representing a document image. The information processor 1 acquires a user name of the information display device 2 from the information display device 2 and displays the acquired user name. When the name of an authorized user is selected, the selected user name is attached to the document image data, and the document image data are output to the information display device 2. In the information display device 2, a list of file names of the document image data with the user name of the log-in user is displayed.
