<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new light source device suitable for efficiently illuminating a planar region. <P>SOLUTION: This light source device is provided with: a light guide member 120 having a body part 130 integrally formed of a resin, and extending in the longitudinal direction, and a first end 121 and a second end 122 formed at both ends of the body part; and LED light emitting devices 200 arranged oppositely to each other on at least either of the first end 121 and the second end 122.
