<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant cooked food which keeps trans fatty acid content suppressed, has an excellent taste and a smooth texture when melted in hot water, imparts a rich flavor and body peculiar to an animal fat and oil and is utilized to make curry, stew or the like by being properly diluted, and cooked food or semi-cooked food using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The instant cooked food has 2 mass% or less of trans fatty acid content by including an interesterified oil or fat obtained by transesterifying an oil or fat composition obtained by mixing a vegetable oil or fat and/or animal oil or fat and an extremely hardened oil or fat of the vegetable oil or fat and/or animal oil or fat, the vegetable oil or fat and/or animal oil or fat, and the interesterified oil or fat of the vegetable oil or fat and/or animal oil or fat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
