The invention (1) relates to an apparatus for team building involving lifting of marbles, comprising a lifting pipe assembly (2) through which a plurality of marbles (200) are lifted; a plurality of lifting ropes (3), with their respective first ends attached to said lifting pipe assembly and their respective second ends provided with rubber grips (31), for lifting said lifting pipe assembly; a hanger assembly (4) where said lifting pipe assembly is raised through said lifting ropes; and a control assembly (5) for indicating the start and end of the game, as well as the time spent in completing the task. |
