TERMINAL CLAMP AND WIRE WITH TERMINAL CLAMP

The oxide-coated film of a core wire is broken at the entire circumference of an opening edge portion of a recess.  A terminal clamp (10) is provided with a crimp portion (30) at the rear of a main body (20) to be connected to another conductor, wherein the crimp portion (30) is crimped so as to be held into the terminal of a core wire (42) comprising a plurality of metal wires (41) in a cable (40) formed by covering the core wire (42) with a cover (43).  On a contact surface that covers the terminal of the core wire (42) in the crimp portion (30), a plurality of serrations (34) are formed, into which the core wire (42) bites when being crimped.  The serration (34) is formed in a polygonal hole shape and is rounded at both diagonal portions (34C).
