PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite member composed of an anticorrosive Ni-based alloy and aluminum or an aluminum alloy, excellent in corrosion resistance to halogen-based gas such as HF and HCl, excellent heat conductivity, and also high in bonding strength.SOLUTION: The composite member is composed of an anticorrosive Ni-based alloy of forming a Ti diffusion layer of 1-50 μm and the aluminium or the aluminium alloy, between the anticorrosive Ni-based alloy including Cr:14-46%, Mo:0.1-20%, Fe:0.01-6%, Mn:0.005-0.8%, Si:0.001-0.5%, Al:0.01-0.5%, Ti:0.001-0.5% and Mg:0.001-0.05% in mass% and having the residue using Ni and an inevitable impurity as the basic composition and the aluminum or the aluminum alloy. |
