A bottom-drying sludge drying device (1), comprising a casing; the casing is provided with a curved partition plate (4) therein to divide the casing into a first drying chamber (6a) and a second drying chamber (6b); a feeding port (8) and an air outlet (10) are provided at an upper portion of the first drying chamber (6a); a discharging port (9) is provided on a circumferential wall of the first drying chamber (6a); an air inlet (15) is provided on a side wall or at a bottom of the second drying chamber (6b); the curved partition plate (4) has a sunken portion; a communication opening (5) is formed at the sunken portion; a bridge piece (401) is provided above the communication opening (5) to form a side opening (402) between the bridge piece (401) and the partition plate (4); a sludge stirring device (7a, 7b) is provided in the first drying chamber (6a), and comprises a rotating shaft (701a, 701b) and a stirring assembly (702a, 702b) fixed on the rotating shaft; and the stirring assembly (702a, 702b) is configured to be capable of cutting, breaking and stirring sludge, and/or a front end of the stirring assembly (702a, 702b) is configured to face toward and be adjacent to the side opening (402) to scrape the sludge in or around the communication opening (5) when the stirring assembly (702a, 702b) rotates. Also provided is a method for drying the sludge by using the sludge drying device (1). |
