摘要

The present invention relates to a method for determination of the activity of three to six different proteasome catalytic subunits in one mixture as well as the use thereof for determining the activity and selectivity of a proteasome inhibitor. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a novel probe for labeling the β1 subunits of the proteasome as well as to a composition comprising probes for labeling the three to six different proteasome subunits and the use thereof.
