PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film having good quality without causing cracks during firing or peeling and having functions according to the use purpose by applying a slurry containing a ceramic powder having specified viscosity on a substrate in an atmosphere of a specified temp. and humidity, drying at a specified vaporizing rate and firing. SOLUTION: A slurry containing a ceramic powder such as lanthanum chromite and YSZ is applied on a substrate, dried and fired to form a ceramic film. In the wet ceramic film forming method, the slurry is preferably prepared to 1 to 1,000 cps by using a solvent containing a binder such as PVA, a hardly volatile solvent such as α-terpineol, a solvent such as ethanol, a dispersant such as polyoxyethylene alkylphosphate, and a defoaming agent such as sorbitan sesqui oleate. The slurry is preferably applied in an atmosphere at a temp. 5 to 35 deg.C and a 0.001 to 1 ml/cm2.hr >=20% humidity, at a vaporizing rate of humidity. Then, the coating film is preferably gradually dried at a temp. of at about 50 to 200 deg.C and at a vaporizing rate of 0.005 to 3 ml/cm2.hr. |
