摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form arbitrarily and inexpensively the shape of a Dewar in which a magnetic sensor is set and to ensure accurate cooling performance of the magnetic sensor even when it is formed into an arbitrary shape. SOLUTION: A biomagnetism measuring apparatus is provided with a Dewar 3 arranged for detecting a magnetic signal of a subject. The Dewar 3 is formed into a structure which exhibits approximately sheet-like appearance and has approximately sheet-like spaces in its inside. This structure is curved to an approximately L-shape seen from the side on its midway. A plurality of SQUID sensors (magnetic sensors) 21 and a heat pipe 32 for cooling them under low temp. condition are provided in the inner space IS of this L-shaped Dewar 3. The L-shaped Dewar 3 can cover continuously the front face and the side face of the pectoral region of the subject to detect magnetism generated from the heart. |
