<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a hot-rolled steel plate, small in the amount of deformation occurring at the time of working, by hot rolling. SOLUTION: A steel slab, having a chemical composition containing, by weight, <=0.15% C, <=2% Si, <=5% Mn, <=0.02% P, <=0.03% S, <=0.1% Al, and <=0.01% N, is prepared. This steel slab is hot rolled under the conditions of >=Ar3 finish rolling temperature, <=20 deg.C/S average cooling rate in the temperature range between Ar3+50 deg.C and Ar3-50 deg.C, and <=650 deg.C coiling temperature, by which a hot-rolled steel plate 1 is manufactured.</p> |
