PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float-mounted vortex flow type oil recovering machine capable of recovering oil even in a narrow area into which an oil recovering ship cannot enter while staying in a prescribed place. SOLUTION: This float-mounted vortex flow type oil recovering machine has a cyclone chamber 10, and a water introducing chamber 40 for introducing water to the cyclone chamber 10, and discharges the oil outside the cyclone chamber 10 by sucking the floating oil in the cyclone chamber 10, and has an outer float 30 fixed outside the cyclone chamber 10, an inner float 47 arranged inside the water introducing chamber 40, and a forced drainage system 50 arranged in a bottom part of the cyclone chamber 10.
