PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of improving a short-circuit prevention effect, and an electronic apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: An output terminal 47 electrically connected to a battery is arranged on a case 32 so as to face outside. An output part 34 is arranged in a direction orthogonal to a virtual plane including a reference face for mounting (lower face 33B) to the electronic apparatus of the case 32 with a space between.
