PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body posture controller capable of controlling rolling and pitching in turning of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This vehicle body posture controller is provided with: a roll control part for suppressing the roll angle of a vehicle body 6 acquired by a roll angle acquiring part to a proper size; and a roll angle corresponding pitch angle control part for controlling the pitch angle of the vehicle body according to the roll angle. The roll control part is configured as an attenuation characteristic dependence roll control part for suppressing rolling under the control of the attenuation characteristics of the shock absorber 28, and the roll angle corresponding pitch angle control part is configured to control the pitch angle of the vehicle under the control of the attenuation characteristics of the shock absorber 8 in a transient revolving status, and under the control of pre-and-post acceleration by a brake control ECU 20 in a stationary revolving status. The roll angle corresponding pitch angle control part is configured to control the pitch angle under the control of the pre-and-post acceleration in the both transient revolving status and the stationary revolving status.
