Core material (11) and inner lid (13) are continuously formed within a shaping mold by first forming either the core material (11) or the inner lid (13) within a shaping mold and, directly without demolding, injecting a molten resin for the other part into the shaping mold and solidifying the resin. Simultaneously, prior to forming the inner lid (13), the molten resin is injected and solidified in the state of having a slidable wall surface interposed so as to attain integral forming of a hinge part with the inner lid. |
