<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a (radiation sensitive) resin composition for an ink jet type color filter which is excellent in an ink discharge property and heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for the ink jet type color filter contains a pigment (A), a dispersion medium (B), a multifunctional monomer (C), and silicon resin (D) expressed by the following expression (1): (H<SB>2</SB>SiO)<SB>n</SB>(HSiO<SB>1.5</SB>)<SB>m</SB>(SiO<SB>2</SB>)<SB>k</SB>(in the expression (1), when n+m+k=1, n is ≥0.2, m is 0 to 0.8 and k is 0 to 0.2). A color filter having pixel patterns formed by an ink jet method is formed by using the resin component for the ink jet type color filter and a liquid crystal display device is provided with the color filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
