PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a high power supply voltage or a low back bias voltage from affecting circuit parts, such as a cell, a peripheral circuit, and a core region, during an anti-fuse repair. SOLUTION: An anti-fuse repair voltage control circuit includes: an anti-fuse repair enable part that provides an anti-fuse repair enable signal in accordance with anti-fuse repair; a power supply voltage control part that controls a power supply voltage to be transmitted to a first circuit part by the anti-fuse repair enable signal; and a back bias voltage control part that controls a back bias voltage to be transmitted to a second circuit part by the anti-fuse repair enable signal.
