PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure normal operation of a camera by keeping the inside of a camera case driven with a biaxial or more gimbal body with an air conditioner comprising a peltier element at a prescribed temperature. SOLUTION: A camera stabilizer with an air conditioning function covers the space stabilizing camera (2) by at least the biaxial gimbal bodies (10, 13) with the camera case (3), cools and warms the inside of the camera case (3) with the air conditioner (5) comprising the peltier element, and obtains stable operation of the camera (2).
