PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fastening structure of a fastener, which can reduce its cost and also can improve the reliability of its setup, and a dynamo-electric machine. SOLUTION: In the case of fastening the fastener 100 with a fastened object 106, the fastener 100 is positioned to the fastened object 106 so that the through-hole 104 of an elastic section 102 and the tapped hole 110 of the fastened object 106 may be continuous, and a bolt 108 is passed through the through-hole 104 from above the fastener 100 thereby being screwed into the tapped hole 110. Here, as the bolt 108 is screwed into the tapped hole 110, the head section 108H of the bolt 108 contacts with the elastic section 102 of the fastener 100 and exerts pressure thereby elastically transforming the elastic section 102 downward. As a result, the fastener 100 is fastened to the fastened object 106 in a state that the elastic section 102 is roughly planar.
