PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone device capable of comprehending whether a user is present or absent without imposing any burdens on a processing configuration, or the like for telephones, and capable of performing desired processing in an incoming call. SOLUTION: The telephone device is constructed on an information processing terminal. The telephone device has: a terminal state holding means for holding a prescribed terminal state (for example, the presence or absence of activation of a screen saver) changing according to the length of nonoperation time; a terminal state reference means for referring to a holding state of the terminal state holding means in an incoming call; and an unattended processing execution means for executing processing in the incoming call at the absence of a user when the referred prescribed terminal state indicates that the nonoperation time is long.
