PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set a suitable connection system even when there is an environmental change in network connection. SOLUTION: A network connecting apparatus capable of connecting to a network by two or more connection systems includes a connection determining means for sequentially performing two or more connection system according to a prescribed determination sequence and determining a connectable connection system, an environmental change detecting means for detecting an environmental change on the basis of information acquired by network connection by the connectable connection system, and a control means for performing a connection determination by the connection determining means when an environmental change is detected.
