PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that applications have to be switched one by one even when address setting and various settings are continuously performed, the address setting cannot be performed in the middle of the various settings, and the address setting cannot be performed in a system using communication having only one communication system such as RS232 communication since the address setting for performing the various settings and the various settings are performed by different applications. SOLUTION: When an address is input, the address is stored, the address setting and a measure (restart) for validating the address are instructed by communicating with a measuring instrument, reconnection is performed by waiting until the address is validated to input/set various setting values. Since the address setting and the various settings are performed by one application, operations become easy, and the address is changed even in the system using the communication having only one communication system.
