PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of guiding a user to a place where satisfactory propagation environment is obtained while suppressing the amount of processing, and suppressing the amount of data to be transmitted. SOLUTION: The communication terminal 100 has: a GPS part 107 which acquires the current location of itself; a radio part 106 which acquires the current communication state parameter of itself; and an operation part 104 which transmits a location acquisition request for inquiring a location where the propagation environment is satisfactory to a location information service device 10 when the communication state parameter is less than a first threshold. The location information service device has: a location information database 14 which stores location information under which the propagation environment is satisfactory; and a decision part 11 which retrieves the location information database in response to the location acquisition request to return the location information, and when the communication terminal receives the location information, the operation part calculates distance between the current location and the location information and a direction.
