PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition that provides a good attachment to food and skin or the like, and can be applied uniformly, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is an emulsion composition in which a fat is emulsified to oil-in-water type by emulsifier, and in which the fat comprises pterostilbene.
