PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage mechanism configured to cause rainwater to flow down to a lower vertical gutter bypassing a banquette catch basin in order to reduce the force of the rainwater in the vertical gutter, in the vertical gutter on a slope in a roadside lower part and a lateral gutter in a banquette, thereby preventing water from overflowing all around.SOLUTION: In an improved normal drainage mechanism 1 including a bypass gutter 12 of a vertical gutter, a top end of a bottom surface 12d of the vertical bypass gutter 12 is arranged on a bottom surface of a vertical gutter 8a installed on an upper slope 6a located above a banquette catch basin 11, a bypass gutter 8 passes through above the banquette catch basin 11 installed in a banquette 7, the bottom surface 12d of the bypass gutter 12 is formed of punching metal 14, and a lower end of the bottom surface 12d of the bypass gutter 12 formed of punching metal 14 is arranged on the vertical gutter 8b installed on a lower slope 6b of the banquette 7. |
