PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat flipping device which permits a seat flipping speed to be easily adjusted.SOLUTION: The seat flipping device 10 has a seat 14 having a seat frame 32 rotatably supported on bases 18L and 18R, and is provided on a chair 12 structured so as to permit the seat 14 to be flipped from a lying posture when one is sitting thereon to a standing up posture when none is sitting thereon by the elastic force of a torsion spring 44 installed astride between the seat frame 32 and the bases 18L and 18R. The seat flipping device 10 has an adjustment mechanism 46 capable of adjusting the elastic force of the torsion spring 44 and the adjustment mechanism 46 externally exposes the operating section 40 to adjust the elastic force of the torsion spring 44. |
