PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for enhancing immunity or treating a bacterial infection disease containing lysophosphatidylcholine or analogs thereof, and antibiotic as active ingredients, a method for enhancing immunity or treating a bacterial infection disease including a step of administering the substance, and a kit for enhancing immunity or treating a bacterial infection disease containing the substance.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for enhancing immunity contains (i) L-α-lysophosphatidylcholine, stearoyl, and (ii) antibiotic active ingredients, in which the antibiotic is selected from the group consisting of DW286, ciprofloxacin hydrochloride hydrate, ceftriaxone sodium, doripenem, vancomycin hydrochloride, drotrecogin alfa, colistin, tobramycin, and fucidic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
