PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device or a light-emitting device that has flexibility and has a high reliability.SOLUTION: A device has a battery unit or a light-emitting unit, and a member with rubber elasticity. The battery unit has a secondary battery. The light-emitting unit has a light-emitting element. The member with rubber elasticity has a first convex part and a second convex part. The first convex part and the second convex part are provided side by side on a first surface of the battery unit or the light-emitting unit.
