<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change amplitude of a vibration shaft on which a tip tool is mounted. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration tool 10 includes a grip part housing 11 and a front side housing 12, which slidably fit to each other. An electric motor 13 is housed in the grip part housing 11, and a spindle 18 having an eccentric shaft 17 is fixed on the electric motor 13. A blade 35 and a swing arm 37 are fixed on the vibration shaft 31 which is housed in the front side housing 12. Rotational movement of the spindle 18 is converted into vibration movement of the vibration shaft 31 through the swing arm 37. When a drive unit 20 on an electric motor 13 side and a vibration unit 40 on a swing arm 37 side are separated and a distance between a center axis C3 of the vibration shaft 31 and a contact point of a bearing 19 to an arm piece 39 is separated (a distance L1), the vibration shaft 31 vibrates with small amplitude X1. Meanwhile, when the drive unit 20 and the vibration unit 40 come close and the distance between the center axis C3 of the vibration shaft 31 and the contact point of the bearing 19 to the arm piece 39 becomes closer (a distance L2), the vibration shaft 31 vibrates with large amplitude X2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
