<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gun head of a single-air-hole electrical arc spray machine capable of reducing the maintenance cost, and improving the porosity of a spray-coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: The gun head includes a nozzle body, a nozzle ring, an electrical discharging chamber internal lid, an electrical discharging chamber external lid, an outer fixing ring and two wire guide tubes. The nozzle body includes an air flow hole and two guide tube holes. The air flow hole has a gas advancing end and a gas discharging end. The nozzle ring is fixed to an end face of the gas discharging end of the nozzle body, and has a through hole. The electrical discharging chamber internal lid is stuck to the nozzle ring, and has an internal lid through hole. The electrical discharging chamber external lid is used to cover the electrical discharging chamber internal lid, and an arc discharging chamber is formed between the discharging chamber internal lid and discharging chamber external lid. The outer fixing ring is screwed to the nozzle ring. The two wire guide tubes are arranged in the two guide hole holes, and have an insulating stage, a conductor stage and a wire emergence head which are sequentially connected to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
