A method and device for PDCCH scheduling and power adjustment of a frequency band shared network. The method comprises: acquiring frequency band occupation information and signal transmission power information about a second wireless communication network in a shared frequency band, screening a PCI according to the frequency band occupation information, so that a PCFICH and a PHICH are mapped to frequency bands other than the shared frequency band; according to a PCI of a current cell, counting the distribution of the number of REs in a schedulable CCE in the shared frequency band; adjusting the degree of aggregation for scheduling a DCI, determining a minimum interference candidate level in combination with the distribution of the number, and scheduling the DCI; and according to the minimum interference candidate level and the signal transmission power information, adjusting the transmitting power of the DCI. |
