PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device being capable of achieving a reduction in size while enabling stable movement of a sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device comprises: a first tray; a second tray; a first member; a second member; and an interlocking section. The second tray is provided below the first tray. The first member can press a first portion of a sheet toward the second tray when the sheet is moved from the first tray toward the second tray. The second member can press a second portion of the sheet positioned closer a downstream side than the first portion in a transportation direction of the sheet with respect to the first tray toward the second tray when the sheet is moved from the first tray toward the second tray.
