PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a circuit for reading data from a memory cell capable of storing multiple value data.SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus comprises: a memory cell array region including a memory cell for storing respective pieces of (N+1) value data as different potentials when the (N+1) value data is stored; N sense amplifier regions for comparing a reference potential to a read potential generated by electric charge discharged to a bit line and wiring connected thereto and amplifying the read potential; and a switching element electrically connecting all the N sense amplifier regions to the bit line and then electrically separating the N sense amplifier regions from the other sense amplifier regions. Each of the sense amplifier regions can output the write potential to the bit line, and the write potential and the reference potential are higher as closer to the bit line used in the respective sense amplifier regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
