PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal treatment device capable of further increasing a temperature increasing speed in a thermal treatment furnace while restricting application of an excessive load to a tube of a tube burner.SOLUTION: A thermal treatment device 1 includes a thermal treatment furnace 31 for storing an item 100 to be processed, tube burners 37, 38 and a control part 4. The control part 4 changes an output per unit hour of each of the tube burners 37, 38 in response to a furnace temperature T on the basis of a predetermined relation between a furnace temperature T at the thermal treatment furnace 31 and an allowable output PA per unit hour of the tube burners 37, 38 in respect to the furnace temperature T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
