Device to be used preferably for solving the problems associated with the elderly or disabled and/or with urinary or bowel incontinence, characterized in that it comprises: a/ an anatomical truss suitable for acting as support for fastening the remaining components of the type used in anatomical girdles (corsets) and the like; b/ means for monitoring, collecting and removing urine 100 which are located in the front part and are suitable for collecting the user's urine in a urine deposit 102 via an anatomical coupling 101 and its subsequent discharge to an external urine collector deposit; and c/ means for monitoring, collecting and removing faeces 200 which are located in the rear part and are suitable for collecting the user's faeces in a faeces deposit 201 via an anatomical adapter 206, liquefying and grinding said faeces and subsequently discharging them towards an external faeces collector deposit. <IMAGE>
