<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a wet process which is difficult to be miniaturized so for removing sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides from atmospheric-polluted air, using calcium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide so as to be used for an air purifier. SOLUTION: The atmospheric-polluted air containing the sulfur oxides and the nitrogen oxides is blown in water to saturate water vapor. The atmospheric- polluted air is introduced to a vessel in which the solid particles consisting of the calcium hydroxide and the magnesium hydroxide are housed. The sulfur oxides and the nitrogen oxides in the atmospheric-polluted air are removed with these solid particles.</p> |
