<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air dehumidifying device capable of suppressing moreover energy consumption throughout the year and to provide its controlling method. SOLUTION: In the air dehumidifying device executing dehumidification by combining a refrigeration air dehumidifying part 10 cooling and dehumidifying compressed air 70 and an adsorption air dehumidifying part 30 dehumidifying the compressed air 70 by passing through an adsorption column in which an adsorative material is housed, the device is constituted so that the adsorption air dehumidifying part 30 can be actuated independently, and when an open air temp. is low in winter, etc., the refrigerating cycle 18 of the refrigeration air dehumidifying part 10 is stopped to reduce the energy consumption. Moreover, a regenerated air quantity is controlled intermittently by detecting the humidity at an outlet air 72 to reduce the reaenerated air quantity even usual and to reduce the energy consumption.</p> |
