The cleaning implement comprises a cleaning brush implement having cleaning brushes at one end and a threaded connection structure at a second opposite end. A bit member having a slotted drive shank (SDS) connection for joining with a correspondingly configured slotted drive shank connection of a roto-hammer type power tool. A rod member connects to both the cleaning brush and the bit member to allow powered cleaning of boreholes using a rotohammer type power tool.
