<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading method for a rubber material, which is excellent in productivity, and which can bring about a kneaded rubber having a mixed component properly dispersed in a short period of time and stabilizing quality, by making even the highly viscous rubber material properly bite into kneading rolls. <P>SOLUTION: When the rubber material R is repeatedly fed through the pair of kneading rolls 2 by a delivery conveyer 6 and a rekneading conveyor 5, forming a circulation path, and kneaded by the kneading rolls 2, a roll gap is set constant, and a difference between the surface velocities of the kneading rolls 2 is intermittently changed so that the rubber material R can easily bite into the kneading rolls 2 by changing the flow of the rubber material R passing through the kneading rolls 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
