PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor housing box wherein oscillation suppressing effect can be sustained even when a long time has passed after installation. SOLUTION: As capacitors used in the capacitor housing box, a capacitor unit constructed by connecting a film capacitor or a ceramic capacitor in series with a resistor is connected in parallel with a capacitor unit constructed of an electrolytic capacitor. Use of an element, such as a film capacitor, whose capacitance does not vary much with time makes it possible to stably operate a power feeding system for a long time. Series connection of the resistor makes it possible to ensure a wide stable operation range even in a capacitor whose capacitance is relatively small. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
