PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for changing line attributes by considering the number of operators and the request of customers or the like, and also to provide a call center server and system or the like for controlling communication between the customer and the operator by the method. SOLUTION: In the call center server with a communication control part for controlling a line and performing control for establishing the communication by a telephone set between the operator and the customer, the time to change the attribute setting of the line and the data of the attributes of the line are registered in a storage means, and a line attribute control part changes the attributes set to each line to the registered attributes at the registered time on the basis of the data stored in the storage means.
