<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hump coping with various vehicle models, a change in a situation, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The hump comprises a protuberant part 10 installed protruding from a road to decelerate vehicles traveling the road, and shock absorbers 4 supporting the protuberant part 10.
