<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit sales promotion mail by acquiring the mail address of a customer efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: A sale support device 100 acquires the mail address of a driver 200 by receiving electronic mail transmitted from the driver 200 and accepts the input of a voucher number from the driver 200.
