<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the debugging efficiency of software by monitoring a collision of bus signals between hardware components. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 10 having a debugging control unit DCU achieving an on-chip debugging function by communicating with a debugging device, has an external bus controller 13 controlling communication of equipment connected to an external bus BUS of the microcomputer 10; an external bus monitor 14 monitoring a first external bus signal B1 output from the external bus controller 13 and to be output to the external bus BUS; and a memory (a ring buffer 22) storing the first external bus signal B1 monitored by the external bus monitor 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
