<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield pipe capable of preventing damages or dew condensation of an insulator fitted to a wire inserted into a metal pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The shield pipe 1 is formed in the following way. First, a film 4 made of polyamide is subjected to insertion treatment inserting it into the metal pipe 2, as shown in Fig. 1 by an arrow mark A. The film 4 is of a shape sealing a tip of the tube-shaped polyamide. Next, the film 4 inserted into the metal pipe 2, at the insertion treatment, is subjected to extension treatment, extending it in a peripheral direction, and the metal pipe 2 is heated together with the film 4. In the extension treatment, the film 4 is extended by blowing air into it. As a result, the outer periphery of the film 4 and the inner periphery of the metal pipe 2 are heated in a contact state with each other, the film 4 in a molten state goes into fuse contact with the inner periphery face of the metal pipe 2, a resin layer 3 formed, and shield pipe 1 is formed, as shown in Fig. 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
